What if I can’t attend the live calls?

No problem at all. Coaching calls will be on Wednesdays at 2-4pm GMT via Zoom and recordings will uploaded within 24 hours. You'll be able to watch (and rewatch) at your own pace. 

Is this for me if I still feel nervous about speaking?

Absolutely. I designed this course specifically for entrepreneurs who feel the call to speak but struggle with the “how”. Whether you’re scared of visibility, unsure about your message, or feel awkward on camera, I’ll meet you right where you are and guide you toward grounded, genuine confidence.

How much time will I need each week?

Each group session is 2 hours long, and you'll have one every week. Beyond that, you'll need to set aside around an hour per week for writing, reflection, and applying what we cover. The rhythm is flexible, and designed to work around your life.

I’ve taken other speaking courses before. How is this different?

This is a presence-first method rooted in embodiment, message clarity, and nervous system support rather than scripts and stage tricks. I'm here to help you speak with conviction in a way that feels natural and sustainable. I'm creating this course precisely because the majority of visibility training is based on forcing, not allowing.

You'll receive your login details to the course portal where you’ll find all course materials and resources.

 

The course is delivered weekly, so each module unlocks one at a time. This gives you space to absorb the tools and practices without getting overwhelmed.
